SHIPMENT FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY POLICY:

Orders will be fulfilled upon receipt by the following business day. We will notify you by email if the ordered products or services are delayed and to give you a new anticipated delivery time-frame. At that time, you will have an opportunity to cancel the order.

RETURN POLICY: For any undamaged product, return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Please note: Products can be returned only in the United States of America.

COPYRIGHTS: (Ours) Our services and all materials on the website, including, without limitation, images, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, unless otherwise noted, are the exclusive property of Story Spinner Press LLC.
